At Care In Motion Rehab, we believe in honesty and clarity when it comes to your care. That’s why we offer straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, no surprise bills, and no insurance-related guesswork. You’ll always know exactly what to expect—so you can focus on your recovery, not your wallet.

• All services are cash-based and payment is expected a the time of service. Evaluations are $125 and treatments are $100 per session.

• Out-of-Network Reimbursement Support
  While Care In Motion Rehab operates as a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide a detailed superbill upon request. This document includes all the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance provider and potentially receive out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your specific plan and benefits.

  We recommend contacting your insurance company beforehand to confirm your out-of-network physical therapy coverage and any applicable requirements.
